In February 2010, Diesel confirmed that production of Fast Five was commencing and also announced that a sixth installment was being planned.[13] In January 2011, producer Neal H. Moritz said more:[14]
In Vin and my mind we already know what the sixth movie is, we’ve already been talking about it. Vin and I have had numerous conversations about what that might be. And we’re starting to get serious about it right now. We just finished [Fast Five] like 4 or 5 weeks ago and we just needed a break, and now we’re gonna start focusing on that.
In April 2011 it was confirmed that Chris Morgan had already begun work on a script for a potential sixth film at the behest of Universal Studios.[4] It was also confirmed that Universal intended to transform the series from street-racing action into a series of heist films with car chases in the vein of The Italian Job (1969) and The French Connection (1971), with Fast Five as the transitional movie.[4] Universal chairman Adam Fogelson said:[4]
The question putting Fast Five and Fast Six together for us was: Can we take it out of being a pure car culture movie and into being a true action franchise in the spirit of those great heist films made 10 or 15 years ago?
Fogelson said that the racing aspect had put a "ceiling" on the number of people willing to see films in the series, and that, by turning it into a series where car driving ability is just one aspect of the film, he hoped to increase the series' audience.[4] On Johnson's character, Fogelson added "[Johnson] also wants to appear in and be integral to the action in Fast Six."[4]
On June 24, 2011, Universal Pictures announced that the anticipated sequel is scheduled for release on May 24, 2013.[15] Moritz and Diesel are to return as producers and Lin returns to direct.[15]In an interview with Box Office, Lin revealed that he had, after discussions with Diesel, storyboarded, previsualized and edited a twelve-minute finale for Fast Six before filming was completed onFast Five. Lin said he shot the footage as he was unsure at the time if there would be a sequel or if he would be able to direct it, but he wanted to have input on how any sequel would end.[16] On October 21, 2011, the Los Angeles Times reported that Universal was considering filming two sequels—Fast Six and Fast Sevenback to back with a single story running through both films; both written by Morgan and directed by Lin.[17] On December 20, 2011, Diesel confirmed that Fast Six would be split into two parts, with writing for the two films occurring simultaneously. On the decision, Diesel said:[18]
We have to pay off this story, we have to service all of these character relationships, and when we started mapping all that out it just went beyond 110 pages...The studio said, 'You can't fit all that story in one damn movie!'[18]
On April 23, 2012, it was announced that mixed martial arts fighter Gina Carano was in negotiations to play a member of Hobbs' team.[11] On May 1, 2012, Michelle Rodriguez was confirmed to be reprising her role as Letty Ortiz,[3] and it was announced that Welsh actor Luke Evans had been offered a role as a villain.[10] Evans was confirmed to join the cast on May 9, 2012, portraying the leader of a heist gang competing with Diesel's crew over the same heist job.[19] On July 27, 2012, Joe Taslim was confirmed to star as the villain Jah.[1] On February 15, 2012, Johnson confirmed that Fast Six would begin filming in May 2012, with some of the production to take place in the United Kingdom and Germany. Johnson stated that the two intended sequels would no longer be filmed simultaneously because of weather issues in filming locations, and that production on Fast Seven would only begin after the completion of Fast Six.[20] However, filming did not officially begin until July 30, 2012.[21] In February 2013, it was confirmed that the film would be titled Fast & Furious 6.[22]

In June 2008, it was reported that Paramount Pictures was interested in signing the main producers of the 2009 Star Trek film, J. J. AbramsBryan BurkDamon LindelofAlex Kurtzman, and Roberto Orci for a sequel.[17] In March 2009, it was reported that these five producers had signed up to produce the film with the script to be again written by Orci and Kurtzman with Lindelof joining the writing team. A preliminary script was rumored to be completed by Christmas 2009 for a 2011 release.[18][19] Screenwriters Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci began writing the script in June 2009, originally intending to split the film into two parts.[20] Leonard Nimoy, the original Spock who plays an older version of the character in the 2009 film, stated he would not be making an appearance in the film.[21] Abrams was reportedly considering including William Shatner in the sequel.[22]
By 2010, a release date of June 29, 2012, was set,[23] with Damon Lindelof announcing he had begun working on the script with Kurtzman and Orci.[24] Pre-production was set for a January 2011 start, though producer Bryan Burk stated that actual filming would probably begin in the spring or summer.[25] Actor Zachary Quinto later stated that these reports were untrue.[26] Writer Lindelof, who is also a producer, compared the sequel to The Dark Knight.[27] Abrams, Kurtzman, and Orci stated that selecting a villain was hard, with Abrams saying that "the universe Roddenberrycreated is so vast that it's hard to say one particular thing stands out". The interview also saw them discuss the possibility of Khan Noonien Singh and Klingons.[28] Kurtzman and Lindelof stated that they had "broken" the story (created an outline) and rather than being a sequel, it will act as a stand alone film.[29] Abrams admitted in December 2010 that there was still no script.[30]
In January 2011, Abrams, who was still not attached to direct, reported that he had not decided whether or not he was directing the sequel, citing that he had still not seen a script.[31] Paramount Pictures then approached Abrams and requested the sequel be in 3D.[32] Abrams stated the film would not be filmed in native 3D, but rather shot in 2D on film, and then be converted into 3D in post production.[33] Abrams also expressed interest in shooting the film in the IMAX format, saying, "IMAX is my favorite format; I’m a huge fan."[33] In February, Orci posted on his Twitter that he (and Lindelof and Kurtzman) aimed to deliver the script in March 2011.[34] Though the script was not finished at the time, Paramount began financing pre-production.[35] Similar circumstances on the next Jack Ryan film meant that Chris Pine would film the Star Trek sequel first.[36] By April, Orci revealed at WonderCon that the film's first draft of the script had been completed.[37] Abrams reported to MTV that once he finished work on his film Super 8, he would be turning his full attention to the Trek sequel.[38] Though a script was completed, uncertainty regarding the extent of Abrams' involvement led to the film being pushed back six months from its June 2012 release date.[39] In June, Abrams confirmed his next project would be the sequel, also mentioning that he would prefer the film to be good than be ready by its set release date.[40] Simon Pegg, who plays Scotty, stated in an interview that he believed filming would begin in the last few months of the year.[41] Abrams stated he would be prioritizing the film's story and characters above an early release date.[42] In September, Abrams officially signed on to direct the film, with the cast from the previous film reprising their respective roles and that a Winter 2012 or Summer 2013 release date was intended.[43] In October, Orci reported that location scouting was underway and a series ofcomic books, of which Orci will act as creative director, will "foreshadow" the film.[44] The film was given a revised release date and pushed to a 2013 slot.[45] Michael Giacchino confirmed he will be returning to score the film.[46]
Actor Benicio del Toro had reportedly been sought for the role of the villain and had met with Abrams to discuss the role.[47] He later bowed out. Actress Alice Eve has signed on for a role[48] and so has Peter Weller.[49] Actor Noel Clarke has signed up for an unknown role, but it is reported to be "a family man with a wife and young daughter".[50] Demián Bichir also auditioned for the role but as reported by Variety on January 4, 2012, Benedict Cumberbatch has been cast in the role of the villain in the film.[51]

Twelve Years a Slave (2013)

The book tells how Solomon Northrup, a free carpenter and fiddler, was deceived by two men who originally offered him work as a musician in New York state and Washington, D.C., then drugged, kidnapped, and sold him into slavery while in the nation's capital. Two men presenting themselves as circus promoters offered Northup work as a fiddler, first in New York City and then in Washington, D.C. They offered a generous amount of money to work for their circus in the capital and payment for his transportation and a hotel. After they arrived and watched some of President Harrison's funeral procession, Northup was drugged at the hotel room.
He was bound and moved to a slave pen owned by James Burch, a slave trader. It was located in the Yellow House, one of several slave markets on the National Mall. This and Robey’s Tavern were located in the area between the present-day buildings housing the Department of Education and the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, within view of the Capitol.[2] Burch coerced Northup into accepting a new name and past, that of having been born a slave in Georgia. Burch told Northup that if he were to tell his true story to another person, he would be killed. When he asserted his status as a free man, Burch beat him violently; Northup finally stopped protesting.
Northup was transported with other slaves to New Orleans, Louisiana by ship, where he and other enslaved blacks contracted smallpox and some died. He asked a sympathetic sailor to get a message to his family, which the man did, but his family did not know how to find him in Louisiana. Northup was sold by Burch's partner in New Orleans to a planter on a bayou of the Red River, and had several different owners during his 12 years as a slave in Louisiana. In some places his carpentry and other skills earned him relatively good treatment. The contrast with his previous life made the deprivations and sufferings of slavery worse: the meager slave diet, a cabin with a dirt floor, poor clothing, restrictions on his freedom, numerous beatings, and other physical punishment. At one time, he was leased to a man named Tibeats (also spelled Tibbets), who lost his temper and attacked him with an axe. Northup fought back and ran back to a former owner, who finally took him in.
Northup eventually regained his freedom. He met Samuel Bass, a white carpenter from Canada. Northup learned that Bass did not share the racial prejudice of white men in America and ultimately confided his story to him. Northup also asked Bass to get a letter describing where he was located to his family and friends. Bass delivered the letters to Northup’s wife, who called on Henry Northup, an attorney who was a family friend and son of the man who had held and freed Northup's father. Henry Northup contacted New York state officials, and the governor appointed him as an agent, under current state law, to go to Louisiana to free Solomon Northup. Bass and Northup took a great risk in starting this process; when forced to free Northup, his enslaver Tibeats said he would have killed the man who took Northup's letter to the north

Free download movie Twelve years a slave.

On his 111th birthday, the hobbit Bilbo Baggins decides to write down the full story of the adventure he had 60 years earlier, for the benefit of his nephew Frodo.
Long before Bilbo's involvement, the Dwarf Thrór becomes King of the Lonely Mountain and brings an era of prosperity to his kin until the arrival ofSmaug the Dragon. Smaug destroys the nearby town of Dale before driving the Dwarves out of the mountain and taking their hoard of gold. Thrór's grandson Thorin sees King Thranduil and his Wood-elves on a nearby hillside and is dismayed when they take their leave rather than aid his people, resulting in Thorin's everlasting hatred of Elves.
In the Shire, young Bilbo is tricked by the wizard Gandalf the Grey into hosting a party for Thorin and his company of Dwarves: Balin, Dwalin, Fíli, Kíli, Dori, Nori, Ori, Óin, Glóin, Bifur, Bofur and Bombur. Gandalf's aim is to recruit Bilbo as the Dwarves' "burglar" to help them steal their treasure back from Smaug. Bilbo reluctantly joins the company on their journey to the Lonely Mountain. Traveling onward, the company gets captured byTrolls. Bilbo stalls them from eating the company until dawn, when Gandalf exposes the Trolls to sunlight, turning them to stone. They search the Trolls' cave and find treasure and Elven blades. Thorin and Gandalf each take an Elf-made blade—Orcrist and Glamdring, respectively—with the latter finding an Elven shortsword, which he gives to Bilbo.
The company encounters Radagast the Brown, a wizard who lives in Greenwood. He tells them of an encounter at Dol Guldur with a Necromancerwho has been corrupting the forest with dark magic. The company is chased by Orcs on Wargs, with Radagast covering their escape. Gandalf leads the company through a stone passage to Rivendell as the Wargs and Orcs are slain by Elven riders led by Lord Elrond. Elrond reads Thorin's map and discloses that the Lonely Mountain has a secret door which will be visible only on Durin's Day. Gandalf talks with the White Council consisting of Elrond, Galadriel and Saruman the White. He tells them about his involvement with the Dwarves, presenting a Morgul-blade Radagast obtained from Dol Guldur as a sign that the Necromancer is linked to the Witch-king of Angmar and may attempt to use Smaug. Saruman is skeptical, not believing the Necromancer to be a true threat.
Without Gandalf, the company journeys into the Misty Mountains, where they find themselves amid a colossal battle between Stone Giants. They take refuge in a cave and are captured by Goblins, who take them to their leader, the Great Goblin. Bilbo becomes separated from the Dwarves and falls into a cave where he encounters Gollum, who accidentally drops a mysterious ring while killing a stray Goblin to eat. Pocketing the ring, Bilbo finds himself confronted by Gollum. They play a riddle game, wagering that Bilbo will be shown the way out if he wins and eaten by Gollum if he loses. Bilbo eventually wins by asking Gollum what he has in his pocket. Realizing that he lost the ring, Gollum suspects that Bilbo possesses it and attacks the hobbit. Bilbo discovers that the ring grants him invisibility and evades a furious Gollum, following him to an exit. Bilbo considers killing Gollum, but spares him out of pity and escapes.
Meanwhile, the Great Goblin reveals to the Dwarves that Azog, an Orc war-chief who beheaded Thrór and lost his forearm to Thorin in battle outside the Dwarven kingdom of Moria, has placed a bounty on Thorin's head. Gandalf arrives and saves the Dwarves from the Goblins, killing the Great Goblin during their escape. Bilbo rejoins the group, keeping the ring he found secret. Ambushed by Azog and his hunting party, the company take refuge in trees. Thorin charges Azog, but is defeated and knocked to the ground. Bilbo saves Thorin from the Orcs before the company is rescued by the Eagles who fly them to the safety of the Carrock. Gandalf heals the unconscious Thorin who acknowledges Bilbo's bravery. In the distance, the company sees the Lonely Mountain. The company also see a thrush flying about, which then heads to the Lonely mountain. There, the thrush catches a snail and knocks its shell against the mountainside, awakening the sleeping Smaug, who is lying beneath a golden hoard.
